Welcome Baby Rivera uses optional SMS messaging to provide invited guests with information related to the private Baby Rivera celebration.
How SMS Consent Is Collected
Invited guests may provide their mobile number through the WelcomeBabyRivera.com registration or RSVP experience.
SMS consent is collected separately through an optional checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected, and guests are not required to consent to SMS messaging in order to RSVP or participate in the event.
The consent presented to guests states:
“Yes, I’d like to receive text updates about the Baby Rivera celebration, including RSVP reminders, event updates, and day-of information.”
The accompanying disclosure states:
“Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”
Types of Messages
Guests who expressly opt in may receive limited informational messages including:
- RSVP reminders
- Event updates
- Day-of information and logistics
SMS participation is optional.
Opt-Out and Help
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications. Recipients may reply HELP for help.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
